One of the agencies near and dear to my heart is Covenant House of Fort Lauderdale. They are the most dedicated bunch of professionals I have ever met in my 25 plus years in the social services. They offer abused, neglected, homeless young adults a way to get off the streets for good. They provide food, shelter, job training and more. They are having a financial crisis and need our help.
